i used iusb device and app with iphone6s, bet they not work with iphone 13. somebody can help me?

Used to work great on my older iPhone models. Doesn’t get recognized on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Useless now. Don’t purchase unless you have an old iPhone model

The device is not recognized in my iPhone and in its own application. unfortunately I couldn’t back up my videos and pictures in my iPhone, the device is junk.

The application perfectly worked with my old iPhone Xr. But now it does not work with my new iPhone 13. Is does not see microSD.

Originally worked fine with pictures on old IOS now the software doesn’t even “See” the adapter.

Does not work with iPhone ProMax.

After a year of no improvement, they make an update and now 20 sec into playback of any videos will crash the app. Please fix!!!

Since upgrading to IOS 12.1.4, some directories remain without content. Some old picture do not appear at all. Looking at the chip on a PC, all files and directories exist. Is there a fix coming? Is IOS 12.1.4 support coming? I like the app, wish there were upgrades to fix problems. With 12.1.4, the app crashes often. Still crashing. Can not see all pictures.once I go to directory with pictures, all other directories stop having content.

I have an IPad Air 2 with 13.3.1 software and this program does not recognize the devices I bought (2 different devices) that specifically said they work with this program. Don’t waste your time downloading this program. Update: This doesn’t even work on my brand new gen 5 air. This is nothing more than a ripoff!

I purchased the disk reader from Amazon. It worked a few times then stopped working. I redownloaded it and it won’t work on my phone but will sometimes on my Mac book. Don’t get it it’s pure trash

Since the last couple of iPhone updates, it has no longer worked. It has become more of a nuisant and a waste of space than anything else. Fix the problem and I may just change the rating.

I was going to fly across country on a plane and wanted my MP4s on my iPad. Will iUSB do it? NO! And absolutely NO reason NOT to. I had to use their in-app inept player that doesn't recognize simple keyboard commands.

This is the most handicap app I ever used, it only works in one direction, dull user interface and a very limited features. The developers need to add something to make it back to life.

DO NOT GET THIS APP OR DEVICE! It constantly crashes and freezes! You cannot access your files 99% of the time and the app hasn’t been updated in over a year so they obviously don’t care either!!!! 🤬

Gave it a one star because it used to work great but now it doesn’t recognize when a usb is plugged into my iPad. App hasn’t been updated in over a year!

This is a great app and it worked all this time but after I upgraded to a new iPhone with iOS 15 it stopped working. Hope there will be new updates to this app that supports iOS 15 devices.

Worked great on My mac. Plugged it into my iPhone & iPad & also worked. Only thing is it turned my drive into read only on my computer. No way to transfer data onto it any more. If you try to contact customer support you get a “not secure” sight & a bunch of big letters in Chinese and the word APP. If you click it it takes you to a porn site! How do you report them to Apple?

Stopped working a few years ago.

I have managed to transfer a few 3 or 4 minute videos from my action camera. In my experience anything large ie. 10 to 12 minute video will not transfer. I have done everything but set my iPhone to factory default to clear data to make room for my videos and I continue to get, “Processing” icon (result) nothing happens. This app is second hand crap!!! I should always use Apple certified merchandise. If anyone actually reads this?....Please, don’t waste your time here with this app.

It plays mp4 videos from my Garmin dash cam perfectly, but avi videos it crashes almost every time. The players freezes. Although it did play a avi file once.

Please update the app , I have an iPhone 11 Pro and every time I want copy something from my iPhone to the as card on card reader after copy it then the file is not on my sd card when I insert that in any player please fix it !!!

The app will open, then it freezes.. you have to keep closing and opening. Transferring video to camera roll takes a very long time, and you can not drag pics from Apple phone onto sd card, using this app.

Was wondering where I can re-order the card reader? Lost mines. Can’t find it Amazon, which is where I ordered from.

Hi It doesn’t play files and after click, app stop working!!! “Open in” option is weak and cant copy larg film to mediaplayer

I have both an iPad 5th gen and 6th gen and move .jpg files from the microSD card over to the iPads with no probs. Video, that’s whole other story. The iPad 6th gen can bring video over fm the microSD card with no issues, but with the 5th gen I get the “Processing” message but not the “Tip” message that confirms the move, and the file does not appear to have moved to the iPad. I’ve checked every setting on both iPads (my kid’s is the 5th gen and it’s his GoPro videos that we’re trying to port over to his iPad. the App Support link on this page times out which is really frustrating, especially knowing this app is still being worked on due to a recent update. Clearly they don’t to talk to anyone. Disappointing.

Not sure if it is the app or the device but I had no luck. The iPhones app was saying the device was not connected, even though it prompted permission when the device was installed.
